About The Position

The position involves undertaking maintenance duties as directed by the Regional Maintenance and Supplies & Equipment Manager. The role requires performing maintenance of buildings and grounds, which includes semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, and other repair tasks that do not specifically require a licensed professional such as an electrician or plumber. The candidate must be able to perform these duties with minimal daily supervision and should have a flexible work schedule. Reliable transportation in the form of a truck is necessary, along with all required basic hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to perform semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning work
• Must have reliable transportation (truck)
• Possess all necessary/basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work with minimal daily supervision
• Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Conduct semi-skilled carpentry work
• Handle plumbing tasks that do not require a licensed plumber
• Execute electrical work that does not require a licensed electrician
• Manage air conditioning maintenance and repairs
• Complete other repair work as needed
• Work with minimal daily supervision
• Travel frequently for maintenance duties
• Occasionally stay overnight for outlying locations
