About The Position

Legend Property Group, a subsidiary of The Monument Companies, is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Maintenance Technician to service a growing inventory of beautiful, apartment units in Spotsylvania, VA. As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you are an integral part of the Maintenance team and play a key role in the daily upkeep of apartment communities. You work closely with experienced Maintenance Technicians and the Maintenance Manager while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of maintenance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and taking pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-kept communities.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, construction trades, or related work or educational experience is preferred but not required
