About The Position
Legend Property Group, a subsidiary of The Monument Companies, is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Maintenance Technician to service a growing inventory of beautiful, apartment units in Martinsburg, WV. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career in property maintenance. As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you are an integral part of the Maintenance team and play a key role in the daily upkeep of apartment communities, working closely with experienced Maintenance Technicians and the Maintenance Manager while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of maintenance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and taking pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-kept communities.
