Requirements

At least 6 months of maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred
Painting experience required (including touch-ups, surface prep, and basic finishing)
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Understanding of safety, sanitation, and patient-centered environments
Ability to follow department policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and furniture
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Comfortable working in an active healthcare setting

Nice To Haves

Experience with flooring care and general facility upkeep preferred

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
Support maintenance needs across: Kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, Laundry equipment, Plumbing and electrical systems, Flooring and general facility upkeep, Grounds and exterior equipment
Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility
Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation
Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
