About The Position
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will develop a daily plan of the day work routine, maintain the workflow in SAP, and coordinate with technicians' daily work including weekends. The role involves analyzing FFF data to ensure proper work prioritization, coordinating with MPS on parts requirements for planned work, and overseeing outside service techs. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will assist in compiling reports related to key performance measures for the maintenance department and lead various EHS initiatives under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. The position requires tracking maintenance key performance measures and managing the work order system. Responsibilities also include planning maintenance projects, scheduling personnel, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety initiatives. The role may require filling in for the maintenance manager and ensuring adequate coverage for shifts.
