About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree in Technical or related field or relevant work experience
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work efficiently and proactively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an FDA regulated work environment
• Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems
• Experience with Manufacturing Process Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, and maintaining GPM (Good Maintenance Preventive) documentation
• Managing GPM (Good Maintenance Preventive) Parts kitting
• Collecting and entering machine hours
• Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Assisting mechanics with maintenance orders and expediting repairs to equipment
• Collaborating with Planners, Analysts, and Engineers on availability, updates, and corrections
• Providing one-on-one PA support for AIC/SAP TaO.
