About the Role: As a Travel Team AMM, you will serve as a key leader within the network, helping sites stabilize operations, close leadership and technician gaps, execute training plans, and improve maintenance performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can quickly assess site needs, coordinate mobile technical resources, and drive consistency across multiple facilities.

Requirements

  • Education: 4-year degree OR 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
  • Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs
  • Skills: Must have hands on maintenance of conveyors and robotics OR have managed the team that has done maintenance on conveyors or robotics
  • Travel: 80% travel, granted to be able to travel home most weekends

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with traveling maintenance technicians to provide effective site support based on operational needs
  • Supporting buildings experiencing leadership or staffing gaps by providing temporary on-site management and maintenance oversight
  • Partnering with site leadership to assess maintenance program health and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Building and executing training plans for technicians and site maintenance leaders to improve technical capability and standardization
  • Supporting onboarding and development of newly hired site AMM's, including process coaching, leadership guidance, and best practice sharing
  • Assisting with launch support, recovery efforts, and stabilization plans for sites requiring elevated maintenance support
  • Leading daily planning discussions, prioritizing work execution, and ensuring alignment between site needs and travel team resources
