We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 548-unit community meet both company standards and applicable laws. As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will help to manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs. You will also provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair. You will be accountable for establishing and preparing a 24-hour on-call schedule for your team, managing inventory, and establishing various maintenance schedules. The role also involves regularly inspecting community buildings, including vacant units, and completing tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
