About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to keep our Clearwater Farm community running smoothly. If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and make‑readies — and you take pride in doing the job right — this role is for you.
You’ll work hands‑on every day, handle resident service requests, help turn apartments quickly and correctly, and support the Maintenance Manager in keeping the property in top shape.

Requirements

• Experience in multifamily or facility maintenance
• HVAC certification required; CPO preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Knock out work orders fast and professionally
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Complete make‑ready units using our TQMR standards
• Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Support daily operations + help lead vendors
• Participate in on‑call rotation
