About The Position
Job Details: The Assistant Maintenance /HVAC Certified Technician is to assist in ensuring that the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the organization by servicing maintenance requests, complete residential requests for maintenance, and provide excellent customer service. As a team member performance must align with the Company’s vision, services quality, and strategic initiatives in order to accomplish the operational objectives.
