About The Position

Operate and support a fast‑paced production line, machine, or palletizer to help create high‑quality hygiene products. You’ll follow clear specifications and SOPs while keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently. As a key part of the shift team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in driving strong machine performance and delivering great results. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM to 3:30PM

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of equipment
Skills: Basic math/literacy • Computer basics • Problem‑solving • Communication • Teamwork • Detail‑oriented • Action‑driven • Flexible • Safety‑minded

Nice To Haves

Exposure to operating basic machinery, handling tools, or performing simple tasks on a production line is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others too
Run the machine and watch the process and if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems. Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required.
Or der and prepare raw materials / or products for palletizing and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine
Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
Support others in operating activities
Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting or blocking if necessary
Complete all required documentation and data files during production

Benefits

Starting pay: $19 per hour + full benefits + Bonuses. This position offers a structured progression of salary increases as employees advance into the machine operator role.
