About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Machine Operator to play a crucial role on our manufacturing line and ensure finished products meet AmeriLux’s high standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 11 hours consistently
- Ability to carry, lift, or pull 50 lbs consistently
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
- Participate in training and support team development.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
