About The Position

The Assistant Live Production Supervisor at Jennie-O Turkey Store is responsible for maximizing productivity and cost control in Grow Out Farms. • Ability to work in a dusty environment with ammonia present.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Maximize Grow Out Farm productivity and cost control by planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling farm activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of long and short-range objectives and plans for Grow Out areas.
• Analyze, review, and provide documentation on farm and flock conditions, variances from closed flock reports, and performance standards.
• Oversee training of farm personnel to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Manage flock health to support turkey brooding and growing operations.
• Ensure Grow Out farms compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Embrace and promote company cultural beliefs through leadership and training.
