About The Position
The Assistant Lighting Designer (ALD) at Arizona Opera will support the lighting designer for the mainstage production of La Boheme and assist in remounting the production in Tucson. This role includes drafting light plots, developing schedules, and attending rehearsals and performances. The ALD will also have opportunities to design additional programs and will receive credit as the lighting designer for those projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a team player, contributing to the operational efficiency of the lighting department.
