About The Position
The School of Computing is seeking qualified applicants for a term-based, non-tenure track faculty position starting August 11, 2026. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. The selected candidate will design and teach courses in Applied Generative AI for the University Core Curriculum (UCC). The selected candidate will also teach AI related courses in the School of Computing.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Computer Science or a closely related area at time of appointment
- Extensive experience applying AI techniques in various disciplines
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing and teaching applied AI courses in academia or industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and teach courses in Applied Generative AI for the University Core Curriculum (UCC)
- Teach AI related courses in the School of Computing
