To assist Lead Cook in producing meals on forecasted numbers, to work with menu guide ensuring all weekend frozen meals are completed one (1) week in advance. Package, distribute and serve safe, appealing meals for senior nutrition program and catered clients. Work with cold production in determining what proteins are needed for cold production and to cook and package them in advance. Assists in monitoring food quality and food handling practices. Controls production and distribution of food for all meals. Train and mold staff by bringing a higher level of culinary skills to kitchen.
