About The Position

NYSIF is seeking an Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative to perform administrative tasks for the Claims Investigations unit as directed and overseen by an Investigator 3.

Requirements

• Four years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities.
• An associate's degree or higher and two years of customer service experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Sending email notification of evidence to case managers and point people.
• Assisting with the review of reports and video evidence for comparison and accuracy.
• Accessing a designated mailbox for miscellaneous emails from vendors.
• Reviewing OFAC lists.
• Collecting data, entering information into Claims Center, and accessing eCase to ensure evidence was delivered for upcoming hearings.
• Other investigations tasks as needed.
