We’re seeking an HVAC Installation Helper (Apprentice Installer) to assist our Lead Installers in replacing and installing residential heating and air conditioning systems. You’ll work directly with seasoned professionals — learning advanced installation techniques, safety standards, and customer service excellence along the way. This is your opportunity to develop the technical foundation and soft skills that lead to a long, successful HVAC career.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some HVAC installation experience preferred (we’ll train the right attitude).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior technicians.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- NATE certification a plus — but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Installer in all phases of residential HVAC system installations.
- Complete installation documentation neatly, accurately, and promptly to ensure proper reporting and job tracking.
- Protect each home by using drop cloths, floor savers, and maintaining a clean workspace from start to finish.
- Uphold our safety-first culture — on the job, in the shop, and while driving.
- Assist in maintaining daily production goals and operational efficiency.
- Care for company assets: Keep your vehicle, tools, and workspace clean, organized, and ready to roll.
