The Assistant Installation Manager is responsible for ensuring customers have the best possible experience with their new floor installations. This role involves managing all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region, maintaining close contact with customers throughout the process, and providing product suggestions for high-quality results. The manager will also troubleshoot installation and flooring issues to find optimal solutions and work closely with the retail sales team to understand customer needs. A sense of urgency is required to address and satisfy customer issues, along with performing other assigned duties.
