Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality services.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an inn, bed and breakfast, or similar accommodation setting.
  • Familiarity with property management software or reservation systems.
  • Customer service training or certification.
  • Ability to handle minor maintenance or repair tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in managing daily operations including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and responding to guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule cleaning, maintenance, and restocking of supplies efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary materials, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Support the Innkeeper with administrative tasks.
