About The Position

Angie’s Angels Child Development is seeking a full-time Assistant Infant & Toddler Teacher to support our early childhood classrooms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, wants hands-on experience in childcare, and is open to learning and growing in the field of early childhood education.

Serving children 6 weeks–11 years

Reggio-inspired & play-based learning environment

Focus on nurturing relationships, curiosity, and development

Supportive leadership and training provided

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, AED, Child Abuse Prevention)

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare or early childhood experience
• Interest in early childhood education or child development
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• CDA (Child Development Associate)

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Assist with lesson activities, transitions, meals, and routines
• Supervise children during play and learning activities
• Communicate respectfully with families and team members
• Help maintain daily classroom documentation
• Follow all state licensing and center policies
