Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Division I volleyball coaching/recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches team at practices and competitive events.
• Oversee personal well-being of student-athletes.
• Assist in building a nationally competitive Division I program through successfully recruiting and retaining high-level student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach, athletic trainers, and Strength and Conditioning Coach to design conditioning programs for the academic year and summer.
• Assist with budgeting, reconciling expenses, and proposing purchases for the sports program.
• Responsible for scheduling, recruiting, travel coordination, budgets, and fundraising for the volleyball program.
