Job Overview: The Assistant Human Capital Manager plans and administers human resources activities for Oliver Wyman Actuarial colleagues in multiple offices, including Toronto, Montreal, and Chicago among others. Will provide frontline HR support to employees and management along with providing regional support to the HC Operations team. Responsibilities include the coordination and support of a variety of Human Capital activities, including but not limited to the assigned Region/Offices. This person will assist with initiatives to help build and maintain a strong office community in an inclusive and positive office environment. Activities may include program administration, policy and procedure implementation support, payroll and benefits employee assistance, orientation, employee engagement, and employee relations. Over time, this person will increasingly serve as an HR Business Partner for colleagues and leaders. Proficiency with French strongly preferred. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Chicago office. There is no option to be fully remote.
