The Redstone Inn is seeking a full-time Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to help ensure exceptional cleanliness standards and outstanding guest experiences at our historic downtown Moab property. Position Summary As the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor , you will support the Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing daily housekeeping and laundry operations. You will help ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while fostering a positive and productive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone ready to grow within hospitality management. Key Responsibilities Assist with organizing and assigning daily housekeeping and laundry tasks Act as the Housekeeping Supervisor on their days off Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met Support training and coaching of housekeeping team members Step in to assist with cleaning duties as needed Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to address guest needs promptly Help manage inventory, supplies, and ordering Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service Your leadership will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the property. Schedule Full-time position Five days per week Seasonal property (closed December and January) Enjoy the opportunity to work in one of Utah's most beautiful destinations while maintaining a consistent schedule.
