About The Position
As Deputy Head Housekeeper at Fairmont St Andrews, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department. Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. You will provide a friendly and efficient service through effective recruitment, induction, training, and development policies, ensuring everything is in line with Standard Operating Procedures. Your role will involve checking rooms and public areas daily, completing any necessary cleaning duties, and coordinating all staff training to ensure a superior cleaning service is delivered in rooms and all public areas to the standards laid down by the Executive Housekeeper.
