Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring the hotel operates within budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue management and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform night audits to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
