We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to help lead our hotel’s daily operations. The ideal candidate is a reliable, polished professional with exceptional communication and organizational abilities—someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding guest service.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient, seamless operations.
• Training, coaching, and supervising front desk agents.
• Managing financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Monitoring guest feedback and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
