About The Position

Our hospital operates in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of cases, appointments, and various surgeries. The Assistant Hospital Manager serves as a leader and is a vital part of the veterinary hospital leadership team, reporting directly to the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian. This role assists the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian in ensuring a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue, managing costs, and fostering a hospital culture focused on high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities encompass (but are not limited to) overseeing, planning, and coordinating the hospital's overall operations while nurturing a supportive and collaborative team environment. Additionally, this position involves fulfilling other roles within the hospital as needed to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
