Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with various duties as assigned.
• Advocate for safety as the number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Partner with Estimating, Division Management, and Project Management to supervise and coordinate construction projects.
• Develop and implement production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing project status reports.
• Responsible for daily, progress, compliance reports, and logs.
• Oversee the review of plans and drawings according to contract documents.
• Procure tools and materials needed for the project.
• Determine staffing levels and timing based on building methodology and availability of tools.
• Recruit, hire, and direct onsite field personnel in accordance with HR processes.
• Prepare or oversee payroll submissions and compliance documentation.
• Resolve complaints and grievances within the workforce in collaboration with HR and Legal.
• Work with various stakeholders to improve construction methods and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules by managing staffing and procurement.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with subcontract terms.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and coordinate regulatory inspections.
