About The Position

The Crowne Plaza - Kearney, NE ss looking for an Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team to provide clean and comfortable guest rooms while ensuring guests’ satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service. The Assistant Head Housekeeper’s primary responsibility is to help the Head Housekeeper with the daily coordination of the housekeeping operations. They are responsible for ensuring that the department achieves the highest degree of service delivery through effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements

As an Assistant Head Housekeeper, day hours are guaranteed, and you must be able to work on weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Handle all calls for the housekeeping department and ensure all messages, information, and requests are logged, and communicated promptly and accurately to provide prompt delivery of excellent service for guests.
Process requests and delegate work assignments promptly, follow up with the guest to ensure their satisfaction
Take a lead role in the coordination of all housekeeping employees and activities including, daily room assignments, an inspection of rooms, assignments, and other special tasks.
Keep a complete updated inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies.
Order supplies as needed in coordination with management.
Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning and executing special guest requests.
