About The Position

As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you will support the Grocery Manager in ensuring that aisles are well-stocked with fresh produce and snacks. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in training and inspiring the team, and developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance store excitement. This role is ideal for an organized, natural leader who enjoys connecting with people.

Assist the Grocery Manager
Ensure aisles are stocked with the freshest produce, the tastiest snacks, and everything in between
Juggle inventory like a pro
Keep the store sparkling clean
Make sure every customer leaves with a smile
Help train and inspire the team to be their best
Implement fun sales strategies to keep shelves buzzing with excitement
