Main responsibilities : The Assistant Grocery Manager is first responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by building a reputations for Ultimate Service. He/She assumes total store responsibility in Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, and Service Manager's absence. He/She is responsible for leading the efficient, effective, safe, legal and profitable operations of the grocery, frozen, and dairy departments. He/She coordinates human relations for the grocery, frozen, and dairy departments and ensures execution of all company and department policies and procedures on a timely basis.
