Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of department members including starters, player assistants, and guest services attendants.
• Ensures effective orientation and training for new associates.
• Develops ongoing training programs for staff.
• Implements and maintains excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Initiates and promotes all club golf activities.
• Assists the Director of Golf with procurement, merchandise, and shop assistants with merchandising and sales.
• Prepares and executes golf outings as the Tournament Coordinator.
• Assists with ordering and controlling expenses, scheduling golf shop staff, and invoice coding.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Plays with members and performs other duties as required.
