About The Position

Join our first-class golf operations team at Blackwolf Run where you’ll work on some of the world’s most admired golf courses, complete with championship-worthy landscape and the pure excitement of the game.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in golf and/or hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills are necessary.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head Professional in hiring, training, and disciplining all outside golf operations staff. This includes Golf Service Attendants, Practice Area Attendants, Starter/Player Assistants, and PGM Interns. Additionally, Locker Room Attendants will be included.
  • Help 2nd Assistant Golf Professional to establish work schedules for these positions.
  • Ensure manpower is used efficiently.
  • Insure uniform policies are adhered to.
  • Receive all incoming guests and their equipment.
  • Work with Tournament Division with set-up and coordination of bags, carts, and caddies for group outings.
  • Oversee rental of clubs. Be sure sets are complete upon check-out and check-in. Report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Set-up practice facility and retrieve and clean range balls as required.
  • Monitor practice facility and all inventory levels pertaining to it.
  • Coordinate with Course Superintendent practice facility set-up schedule, and all maintenance programs related to practice facility.
  • Coordinate all club transfers throughout resort, overnight storage, and guest departures.
  • Ensure tracking systems are in place and followed.
  • Oversee daily cleaning of carts and cart storage areas. Coordinate with course mechanic to oversee maintenance schedules relative to electric cart fleet.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Golf/Head Golf Professional.
  • Hours will vary from 5:15am - 10:30pm, weekdays & weekends
