The Assistant General Manager leads a team of supervisors and part-time Guest Service Associates (GSAs) to deliver best-in-class guest experiences and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves setting a positive example for GSAs through an upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable approach, ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for guests. Candidates should be dedicated to providing memorable experiences for guests of all ages and backgrounds and must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role offers a flexible and ever-changing work environment, continuously challenging the individual to learn new aspects of exhibition management and grow their skills.
