Assistant Girls Tennis Coach 2025-2026
About The Position
Previous high school coaching experience recommended. The coach will assist the varsity coach in all aspects of the program and will be responsible for a sub-varsity team. The applicant must be able to display the following attributes: A commitment to high ethical and professional standards A demonstrated ability to lead young student-athletes toward academic and athletic excellence A strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders Skilled in organization, time mangement and a commitment to the vision of the Sherwood Atheltic Program A great understanding of the training, skill development and coaching techniques involved in high school tennis The ability to generate excitement and enthusiasm for the sport of tennis throughout the community A commitment to the importance of academic excellence and achievement for all student-athletes in the program
