About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in helping our school operate smoothly and successfully while making an impact on both kids and your team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school, making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and up to Goldfish standards. You’ll lead staff, support families, and keep the facility operating at a high level while fostering a fun and positive workplace culture.
