Requirements

  • Computer skills - Word processing and spreadsheet functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training, including safety training and standard operation procedures to all department personnel as directed by management.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
  • Lead shift management activities, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership skills.
