Requirements

• High school degree
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle
• Use operational tools to achieve operational excellence and maximize sales performance
• Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
• Promote brand standards and ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld
• Drive implementation of company programs and collaborate with the General Manager to develop local store marketing plans
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and demonstrate a bias towards action
• Be open to coaching and mentoring, have an eye for detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community
