MVP SONIC GROUP is seeking Assistant General Managers (AGMs) for our stores in the Jackson, MS Market. We have 20 stores in the Jackson Metro Area and are looking for team members who can be leaders in our stores. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people. AGMs will be responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Oversee daily operations of the store
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage staff and provide training as needed
Implement company policies and procedures
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Participate in the shared profit program to maximize earnings

Experience in the Food and Hospitality Industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work 50-55 hours a week

Previous management experience in a food service setting
Knowledge of profit-sharing programs

Shared profit program allowing you to earn a percentage of store profits
Competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year
