As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be working directly with the General Manager to create an amazing environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at KidStrong extraordinary!

Requirements

• Experience working with or coaching kids.
• Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents.
• A positive, energetic attitude.
• Previous management experience is a plus (but not required).
• CPR certification (or willingness to get one).
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations, from scheduling to keeping the center in tip-top shape.
• Connect with families and grow the community of KidStrong.
• Foster a coaching culture and support the professional development of your coaches.
• Deliver our unique curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Work with your General Manager to call leads and grow the center.
• Engage daily with members, prospects, and leads, and attend local events to promote KidStrong.
