About The Position
You are applying for a position with a franchisee or licensee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. Franchisees and licensees are independent business organizations, who will be your only employer if hired, and who are responsible for their own employment practices, including setting their own wage and benefit programs. It is TacoBocci's expectations that AGMs work approximately 45 hours per week. You will work an average of 40 hours straight time and 5 hours overtime each week. If you work more or fewer hours than 45, you will be paid accordingly. This position is considered non-exempt and therefore your pay will vary depending upon the number of actual hours worked each week.
