We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic professionals with experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industries for an Assistant General Manager position. If selected, all new hires may have to complete all aspects of training—including both Stretch Practitioner and Sales Associate certifications—where they will learn, practice, and test our proprietary modalities and operational systems. As part of your role, you will perform both practitioner-assisted stretches and client engagement activities, delivering a comfortable, effective, and life-enhancing experience that boosts energy, improves flexibility, and enhances overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective clients to the Stretch Zone method and present customized programs tailored to their needs.
• Assist in maintaining client programs and provide weekly practitioner-assisted stretches.
• Support the General Manager in achieving studio goals, overseeing operations, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Deliver excellent client service, effective stretching techniques, and foster an environment that promotes long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.
