The AC Hotel Cleveland Circle is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment and loves being at the heart of the action.   This is not a behind-the-desk role. If you are someone who enjoys building strong teams, elevating service standards, and making an impact across every department of the hotel, we want to meet you.   Why This Role Matters   As Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.   You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Renaissance brand and Colwen Hotels’ commitment to service.   A primary focus will be an oversight of the F&B operations including banquets and restaurant/bar.   This role is perfect for a hospitality professional ready to step into broader leadership responsibility and grow within a company that values initiative, ideas, and career advancement.   About Colwen Hotels   At Colwen Hotels, we believe hospitality is powered by people, passion, and innovation.   Our company was built on hard work, character, and authenticity. Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • F&B Operations experience a primary focus
  • A hands-on approach to hotel operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments
