Why This Role Matters As Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences. You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Renaissance brand and Colwen Hotels’ commitment to service. A primary focus will be an oversight of the F&B operations including banquets and restaurant/bar.
