About The Position

Nacho Daddy is a Modern Mexican restaurant founded in 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the mission to elevate nachos from appetizers to entrees. They offer gourmet nachos smothered in fresh queso and salsa, ensuring no dry chips. Beyond nachos, the menu includes breakfast/brunch at certain locations, Mexican-American dishes, and a full vegan menu. The restaurant also features specialty drinks like the Award-winning "Daddy's Margarita" and the "Scorpion Shot." Nacho Daddy is seeking a driven, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead its flagship Las Vegas location. This role is for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and can manage operations with precision while maintaining a lively, party-driven atmosphere. The AGM will support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, focusing on fostering a high-energy culture, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and food & beverage quality, overseeing labor controls, managing financials, and driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A confident, experienced leader in high-volume hospitality (2+ years in AGM or leadership role preferred)
  • Strong with restaurant financials, labor management, and operational systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of analyzing costs, labor, and sales trends
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and ready to lead from the floor—not the office
  • Passionate about creating fun, high-energy guest experiences
  • A team player with a party mentality and the ability to inspire and elevate staff
  • Flexible with schedule and committed to being present for key shifts
  • Must have current work card/permits as required by the state
  • 3-5 years’ experience in restaurant management
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Must be able to stand for 10 hours

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Foster a party-driven culture where team energy and guest experience are top priorities
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food & beverage quality
  • Oversee labor controls, scheduling, and shift execution
  • Lead and motivate the team through coaching, development, and accountability
  • Perform detailed cost analysis, inventory management, and waste tracking
  • Use Excel spreadsheets and back-office tools to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions and execution of closing procedures
  • Drive sales, optimize guest satisfaction, and help grow the Nacho Daddy brand
