It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with oversight of all aspects of the property and associates in order to ensure maximum occupancy, resident and associate satisfaction, operational compliance and operational efficiency, as well as safety and security with the goal of bottom-line profits. The Assistant General Manager will oversee assigned departments. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the community including occupancy and financial performance as well as the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of all operational standards. In the General Manager’s absence, the Assistant General Manager shall report to the Vice President of Operations. The Assistant General Manager is to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service to all residents and must uphold the InspÄ«r philosophy and values.
