This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. The Assistant General Manager is tasked with teaching, training, and leading Team Members, while always presenting a professional image. Key responsibilities include coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members to maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle Guest complaints, and ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality. The role also involves overseeing kitchen operations, directing employee work, driving sales and guest satisfaction, managing food costs and inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and food safety procedures.
