About The Position
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Element Hotel located in Branson, MO. Candidates must have prior hotel management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
Requirements
- Must have previous hotel management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Front desk, housekeeping and engineering
- Human resources: hiring, training, coaching and counseling of employees, problem resolution and discipline
- Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, operational issues, business flow and associate performance
- Prepare forecasts and reports and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
