Responsibilities

Supports the day‑to‑day operations of the car wash alongside the General Manager
Assists with implementing operational processes and best practices
Helps train and develop team membersto reach their full potential
Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork
Steps in to lead the site in the General Manager’s absence as needed
