Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a full service restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in food service management with skills in supervising teams and training staff.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in upscale casual dining or fine dining settings is a plus.
  • Experience in both BOH and FOH management is a plus.
  • Background in catering or banquet experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of quality.
  • Support staff training and development to foster a motivated, knowledgeable team.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system.
  • Supervise staff schedules ensuring proper coverage.
  • Uphold food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Contribute to budgeting efforts and help monitor financial performance metrics.
